Targeted red light therapy at Solāis
Red light therapy at Solāis is used locally, not as a full-body dose . We use red and near-infrared light close to the area being supported, with attention to time, distance and placement.

Why it’s used before infrared sauna
Red light works best as a precise, non-thermal light treatment. We use it first while the skin is still cool as once the body is hot from infrared, the skin is already flushed and responding to heat, which can make red light less precise.
Used first, red light prepares local tissue. Infrared then supports whole-body warmth, circulation and recovery. Together, they create a more targeted and responsive session.
