Monthly Shiatsu Residency at Solāis

At Solāis, we host a Monthly Shiatsu Residency with Masami, held during the last week of each month. Each residency combines private infrared sauna with a 30-minute Shiatsu treatment, creating a more complete experience of warmth, release and restoration. Each residency is £60 for a single session or £155 for a three-session package.

There is a reason this combination works so well.

Infrared sauna helps prepare the body first. The warmth encourages muscles to soften, supports circulation and helps the nervous system begin to settle. Shiatsu then meets the body in that more receptive state.

Shiatsu is not rushed, forceful bodywork. It uses pressure, rhythm and presence to work with the body intelligently and gently. When combined with infrared, it can help people move more fully out of stress, physical holding and the low-level tension that so many carry every day.

That is what makes this residency feel unique.

The infrared helps the body let go.
The Shiatsu helps the body respond.
Together, they offer something deeper than surface-level relaxation.

This is particularly supportive for people experiencing stress, burnout, emotional fatigue, poor sleep or that feeling of being constantly switched on. For many, the body does not need more intensity. It needs the right conditions to soften.

Our Monthly Shiatsu Residency at Solāis is designed to offer exactly that.

A private infrared sauna.
A full Shiatsu treatment.
A quieter, more restorative way to support the body through pressure, tension and overload.

If your body has been asking for something gentler, deeper and more grounding, this is one of the most special offerings at Solāis.
