A private recovery experience for two, created for partners, friends, sisters, mothers and daughters, or simply two people who want some proper time together.
Enjoy your infrared sessions side by side, with your own space to settle, rest and enjoy the experience at your own pace.
Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, pre-wedding recovery, thoughtful gifts or an afternoon set aside entirely for yourselves.
Red light, selected practitioner treatments and additional time in the studio can be incorporated by arrangement.

Created for birthdays, friendship groups and intimate celebrations, with private use of Solāis and an infrared recovery session for every guest.
Your time is hosted with an easy flow between recovery, rest and being together, with refreshments and space to settle into the studio at your own pace.
For something more curated, we can build additional treatments, food, styling and thoughtful details around your group and the occasion.

The Bridal Edit

A restorative celebration designed around the bride and the people closest to her.
The Bridal Edit combines exclusive use of Solāis, infrared recovery for every guest and relaxed time together in our boutique studio, with the option to create something more special around the occasion.
From additional practitioner experiences to beautiful food, drinks and considered bridal details, we can shape the experience to feel intimate, celebratory and entirely personal to your group.
Perfect for hen gatherings, bridal parties, pre-wedding recovery or a slower bridal morning together.
The Staff Social

A more restorative way to bring a team together.
Ideal for Christmas gatherings, staff appreciation, team celebrations and company socials, with private infrared recovery alongside relaxed time together away from the usual working environment.
Experiences can be kept simple or curated further with selected practitioner treatments, food, refreshments and details shaped around your team.
For larger groups, bespoke Solāis experiences can also be created within your workplace or chosen setting across Central Scotland.
